Alfie the Doll measures around 16" tall and is much larger than our Minikane Dolls. Most Minikane Doll Clothes will NOT FIT Alfie. We are sad about it too, but Alfie has a cute two-piece pajama set on when delivered that can be taken off and put on by your little one easily.
